WILL YOU TAKE ALL PETS?
At bark.walk.play., we focus on dogs and cats, but we love all animals! Please contact us for a free assessment.
WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE FREE ASSESSMENT?
The in-home assessment typically takes about 20 minutes. We go over any questions you may have and fill out the necessary paperwork. We gather as much information from you regarding your pet to evaluate your pet’s specific needs, routine, and personality.
We pride ourselves in our individualized care and will do our best to exceed your expectations. The goal of the assessment is to find out if we are a good fit for you and your pet. Contact us for a free assessment today!
ANYTHING ELSE BEFORE WE START SERVICES?
Yes, proof of up-to-date vaccinations and flea/tick prevention will be needed at the time of the free assessment.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment may be made in cash or check at the beginning of each engagement. A late fee of $10 will be applied to all late payments. A fee of $25 will be applied to any bounced checks.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All services require at least a 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancellation within 24 hours may result in a 50% payment of the entire fee.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE POTTY BAGS FOR DOG WALKS?
We request that pet owners provide all potty related materials, including potty bags.
WILL I BE KEPT INFORMED OF HOW MY PET’S IS DOING WHILE I’M AWAY?
Of course! We will be happy to update you as often as you like via text or email with photos and updates.
WHY DON’T I JUST USE THAT NEW DOG WALKING APP THAT EVERYONE’S TALKING ABOUT?
Finding a dog walker or pet sitter isn’t like looking for an alternative to a taxi cab. Just because you have a license and insurance doesn’t mean you are good at what you do. You want someone who has been trained on specifically your pet. You want someone that you’ve met face to face before you allow them in your home with your pet when you are not there.
When you hire a walker or sitter through those apps, you don’t know exactly who is coming. It could be a new person every time which may be unnerving for your pet. bark.walk.play. offers a free in-home assessment before your first engagement. You get to meet us before you hire us, and more importantly, your pet gets to meet us too.
Your pet will be paired with the best walker or sitter that has been trained specifically on your pet. We offer a service and a process that you can trust. Plus, any service that allows for any number of people access a lockbox pass code to your property is usually not recommended!
I DON’T HAVE A DOG OR CAT BUT CAN YOU FEED MY FISH, WATER MY PLANTS AND/OR CHECK MY MAIL WHILE I’M ON VACATION?

We are licensed, bonded and insured and we do thorough background and reference checks for all of our employees.
